Job Description

• Skill Set : Optical Fiber Access Networks

• Strong knowledge of fiber optics processes, OSP/ISP workflows, and optical documentation.
• Familiarity with DWDM, fiber channels, and optical testing standards (LS, OTDR, OSA, power meter).
• Experience coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, data center operations, and construction crews.
• Excellent written communication and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables across diverse facility types.

• Coordinate daily activities with fiber OSP construction vendors and internal fiber design teams, providing status updates and entering required information into internal systems.
• Manage and update documentation for fiber builds, LIT services, rack/space/power augmentations, and facility assignments.
• Create and maintain the Tactical Plan of Record (POR) for fiber, LIT, space, and power requirements.
• Support contract workflows including, but not limited to, LOAs, order forms, quotes, SOFs, HOs, and related documentation.
• Validate rack designs, cross-connects, MMV and conduit designs for DC/ILA/PoP locations, and update all related details in internal systems.
• Track vendor milestones to ensure timely completion and elevate issues as necessary.
• Review and verify fiber test results, including LS readings, power meter readings, OTDR results, OSA reports, and reflective event analysis.
• Oversee FDMS updates and augmentation deliverables across DC/ILA/HUT/PoP facilities.
• Monitor MMV redundancy work orders, verify design packages, and update and validate fiber and LIT circuit mappings.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
