Key Responsibilities- Support manufacturing and testing activities for liquid cooling products in factory environments. Focus on PCBA testing, basic debugging, and quality verification. Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure product readiness.
- Execute PCBA functional tests, system tests, and basic hardware debugging.
- Assist in test fixture setup, test procedure execution, and data collection.
- Support production line issues, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain test reports, SOPs, and quality-related documentation.
- Drive EVT/DVT/PVT validation, reliability testing, and design improvements.
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of hardware/PCB/PCBA design experience
- Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer)
- Experience with EDA tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with liquid cooling, data center, or AI products
- Knowledge of power electronics, DC/DC, pump or motor drivers
- Familiarity with EMI/ESD and reliability testing
- Experience supporting manufacturing and high-volume production
- Experience with platforms such as STM
32, AST2x00 NXP, TI, or similar - Fluent in Mandarin
