Key Responsibilities- Participate in development of product specification.
- Server rack system platform development and planning.
- Collaborate with teams to plan and set up system test platform.
- Conduct system integration function testing and verification based on different products.
- Identify and report design issues to various departments and provide comprehensive test reports to teams for review.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve issues encountered during testing (hardware, software, mechanism, thermal) and complete tests delivered to clients and teams.
- Ability to set up test platform and complete product testing and verification for different products.
- Responsible for conducting lab tests, resolving problems encountered during testing, identifying test results, and preparing reports based on the results.
- Debug complex interactions between HW, FW and SW on faulty boards.
- Develop detailed test plans, comprehensive test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and verify bug fixes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommend testing solutions, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Identify and report design issues from various units and collaborate with hardware engineers, test engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth progress of the development process.
- Collaborate with teams in different time zones to accomplish tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat or social networking apps; provide information about testing results and services; and handle complaints and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with teams to plan and set up system test platform and testing activities.
- 3 years+ B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a programming/scripting language such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with testing equipment and fabricating test fixtures.
- Familiar with server architecture and industry specifications.
- Experienced in server rack system platform deployment and planning.
- Experienced in hardware system integration.
- Ability to assess problems, provide solutions and solve problems using analytical skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics concepts and batteries usage is a plus (topologies, building blocks, parasitic effects, EMI, losses, and partial discharge).
- Knowledge of mechanical, thermal and material design considerations is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
Data Center Experience in Power Electronics, PDU, UPS, CDU;
Mandarin speaking.
