Gen-AI Data Science Engineer

Overview

Akkodis is seeking a Gen-AI Data Science Engineer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. This role requires a TPM with strong technical acumen and hands-on program leadership to drive critical business initiatives.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $60/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Lead and manage cross-functional technical programs by defining program structures, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of business and engineering objectives.
• Drive end-to-end program execution—including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation—to support critical business initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities by breaking down complex problems into manageable components.
• Coordinate launch planning across multiple teams to synchronize milestones and maintain a unified timeline that meets both business goals and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement scalable processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to support large-scale programs and long-term product/technical strategy.
• Proactively identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and evaluate tradeoffs to balance business priorities with technical constraints.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 9–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, leading large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs end-to-end, including planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong technical acumen with demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to design, launch, and scale new capabilities.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
