Overview
We are seeking a Performance Engineer to support testing and optimization of enterprise‑scale applications. This role focuses on ensuring systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards prior to production deployment.

- Execute performance, load, and functional testing using industry‑standard tools
- Gather performance and capacity requirements from technical teams

- Produce clear performance reports and communicate findings to engineering teams
- Partner with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to implement improvements
- Support scalability planning and contribute to capacity management initiatives

This position plays a key role in ensuring critical applications are capable of handling increasing user demand and transaction volume, reducing the risk of outages and enabling a stable, scalable technology environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.24 - $73.68/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
