Insight Global is seeking a PLC Programmer for a 6 month contract role based in Plano, TX (potential to extend or convert FTE). This employee will join a team of engineers and assist with the design of a new state of the art product going in to this organizations manufacturing facilities across the world. This is a true, heavy programming position.
The main responsibilities is building out PLC code from scratch, primarily Allen Bradley PLCs. Automation Direct is also a plus if someone has used that for programming in the past. This is a 100% onsite position in Plano, TX with a normal first shift, Monday - Friday schedule.
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years experience of true PLC Programming, building ladder logic from scratch
- Strong experience with Allen Bradley or Automation Direct
