Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Engineer to perform technical and engineering responsibilities across various disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles, industry standards, and technical expertise to support project execution, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform engineering tasks and technical assignments related to the assigned discipline.
- Design, analyze, test, and improve systems, components, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Quality Engineering, or a closely related field.
- 7–9 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments.
