Data logging Engineer

We’re looking for a Network Support Engineer with hands-on experience in UNIX/Linux log analysis to support commercial 4G/5G wireless networks and drive issue resolution in live environments.

• Perform system-level log collection and analysis across 4G/5G network elements
• Conduct initial KPI and performance degradation analysis
• Drive issue resolution with Engineering and R&D teams
• Perform ad-hoc and periodic audits (parameters, issue signatures, SW/FW)
• Execute software and patch upgrades for testing and validation
• Maintain documentation and provide accurate ticket updates
• Participate in 24x7 operational support for network outages

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Network Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years experience in wireless telecom or network support
• Experience working with commercial network logs
• Knowledge of 4G/5G architecture and RAN concepts
• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills

• Scripting (Python, Shell, Perl) – bonus
• Familiarity with S1-MME / S1-U interfaces
• Experience working with ticketing systems
