Sr. Project Coordinator Automotive Multimedia Systems — Plano, TX (Minimum 3 Days hybrid & 2 Days remote)

Multimedia/Infotainment (MM of HU) service development, which includes program/project engineering and system engineering.

• Work experience in the automotive field, preferably in the multimedia domain or an engineering position in Tier-1 suppliers.
• Deep understanding of vehicle production milestones
• Strong experience in Project Management (both waterfall and Agile)
• Bachelor s degrees in the science/engineering field
• Business Japanese communication skills (reading/writing) are not mandatory, but a big plus

• Overall project status management via weekly meetings with members
• Define Project Scope
• Close collaboration with Stakeholders
• Tier-1 Supplier Management
• In-Market Issue Triage (including cross-domain area)
• Quality/Plant ad hoc Activities (example-issue solving, improvement discussion, event support)
• System Design Discussion
• Collaboration with the function development team
• General Technical Support on MM/HU
