Key Responsibilities
* Utilize and apply problem solving techniques to improve the mass production of new products and the arrangement of equipment and fixtures.
* Ability to effectively analyze situations and apply standard practices based on industry standards.
* Effectively collaborate with team members to find resolutions to problems in the field of mechanical engineering for process improvement.
* Develop mechanical products by studying customer requirements, researching and manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
* Ensure that the EMS conforms to ISO
14001: 2015
* Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
* Report to Top Management on the performance of the EMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
* Ensure the integrity of the EMS is maintained
Minimum Qualifications
* BS in Mechanical Engineering
* 0+ years' experience (internship in relevant field is highly preferred)
* Ability to understand and resolve technical issues
* Proficient in Welding (if needed)
* Be an effective team player with collaborates well with others.

The base salary range for this full-time position is 45k-55k per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan. Eligible employees receive company-provided benefits in accordance with plan terms and eligibility requirements. Benefits include health coverage, wellness resources, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other company‑sponsored programs;
