We are looking for a Liquid Cooling Systems Engineer to develop and integrate liquid cooling products, including system requirements design, system architecture design, component selection and control system implementation. You will plan and execute system validation and reliability activities, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across mechanical, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams. You will also provide onsite or remote technical support to customers and contribute to product documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop liquid cooling products, define system requirements and specifications, and ensure compliance with performance, reliability, and safety standards.
- Integrate thermal components (e.g., heat exchangers, fans, pumps), sensing components (e.g., flow, temperature, pressure sensors), power, and control elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize liquid cooling products.
- Prepare system architecture documents, functional interface definitions, and test plans.
- Identify and analyze product issues, implement solutions to ensure system stability.
- Assist with product safety and reliability testing.
- Provide onsite or remote technical support to customers and deliver system-level solutions.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with specialization in HVAC/Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or Thermal Systems.
- Demonstrated project experience in thermal management, liquid cooling systems, or HVAC-related applications (e.g., academic projects, internships, research).
- Familiar with thermal management products (e.g., coolant loops, heat exchangers, pumps, valves).
- Ability to perform system requirements analysis and architecture design (define system specifications, interfaces, and integration strategies).
- Understanding basic wiring design and control circuits (power, signal lines, control loops).
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems and firmware concepts (controllers, communication interfaces, sensor integration).
- Capability to select sensing components.
- Product validation skills (system testing, integration verification, failure analysis).
- Fluent in Mandarin.
