PositionService Delivery Engineer
Job DescriptionConduct predictive wireless surveys, provide detail build of materials, and deploy wireless and wired networks.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as the go‑to person for supporting field teams with technical design for wireless and wired networks.
- Perform predictive site surveys using tools such as Ekahau.
- Generate build‑of‑material documents (wired and wireless) that external teams can use for quoting.
- Assist in migration of wired and wireless networks by conducting wired surveys.
- Support customer deployments local to the region by conducting predictive and active wireless surveys and deploying Nile service.
- Support our technical sales teams with wireless and wired designs.
- Generate solutions guides, articles, and blogs around Nile’s features and integration with firewall, routers, RADIUS, DHCP, etc.
- Create presentations for training purposes.
- Be the wireless and wired expert and support other teams with surveys.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with project managers, customers, and sales teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
- 5 years’ experience in a computer‑networking related field.
- Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) or equivalent certification.
- CCNA or equivalent certification.
- Hands‑on experience with Ekahau, Airmagnet, or similar products.
- Certified Wireless Analysis Professional (CWAP).
- Hands‑on experience with wireless and wired products from Aruba, Cisco, or Ruckus.
- Experience conducting active Ekahau site surveys.
- A customer‑centric mindset with the ability to anticipate current and future needs.
- Ability to see the big picture while delivering on details.
- A tenacious, ambitious self‑starter with a passion to exceed customer expectations.
