Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Manufacturing Quality Engineer responsible for facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions related to fabrication and assembly quality events.

Facilitate 8D process for fab and quality events

Manage Material review board (MRB) process for non-conforming material

knowledge of change control process

Familiar with IATF and VDA audits

• Bui ld strong connections through networking and mentoring with members of Diodes’ highly skilled workforce
• Collaboration and exposu re to a global team and resources
• Gain Practical, project-based experience that strengthens your technical and professional skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (prefer Electrical, Chemical or Physics)
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of semiconductor industry experience
• Leaderships skills to manage and facilitate cross functional international 8D and MRB teams
• Having strong fab and assembly process knowledge

• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Technical knowledge of fab and assembly processes
• Able to work with teams across international sites
