Tele World Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and motivated C & I Engineer IV to join our dynamic engineering team.

Top skills: Commissioning and Integration, Troubleshooting and knowledge of wireless network architecture concepts, especially in the RAN domain and Network Routers.

Summary:

The main function of the support engineer is to support engineering projects by adapting and applying engineering techniques, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing reports and calculations.

• Determine engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests, analyzing and synthesizing data, maintaining control charts, determining root causes, and preparing bid specifications.
• Resolve engineering problems by collecting information, researching, analyzing, adapting, and modifying engineering techniques.
• Recommend solutions and prepare drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
• Meet cost standards by preparing cost-benefit analyses and tracking and reporting expenses.
• Maintain and improve quality results by completing quality assurance tests, following standards, evaluating and redesigning processes, and implementing changes.
• Collect and enter data, generate reports and presentations, and summarize data and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Program Management, RF Engineering, and Field Technicians to deploy across customer markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in engineering (EE, CE, ME, CS, or equivalent technical degree).
• 4 - 8 years of Telecom industry experience.
• Good knowledge of wireless network architecture concepts, especially in the RAN domain and Network Routers.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Experience developing, training, and supervising junior Commissioning Engineers.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with company teams, vendors, and customers.
• English language proficiency in both oral and written communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve team goals and complete assignments within deadlines.
• Able to solve problems involving diverse conditions requiring creative solutions.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and with external contacts.

Physical/Mental Demands and

Working Conditions:

The position requires the ability to perform essential duties in an environment that includes extensive computer use, occasional overtime, and travel to customer locations and cell sites as needed. The role may involve time-sensitive work, high workload, and project management pressures. The position has access to confidential data requiring discretion.
