This role would suit a Product Test Engineer looking for a technically challenging position with lots of autonomy at a pioneering and forward‑thinking start‑up.

• Develop test and characterization plans in collaboration with design teams for new semiconductor products
• Support production test development including hardware/software, limit setting, and data analysis
• Build and debug bench setups, automate testing using Python, and correlate bench and ATE results
• Support product qualification including high‑reliability and space‑grade validation and radiation testing
• Drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and continuous test methodology enhancements

• Background in semiconductor product engineering or test engineering
• Experience with ATE test development, characterization, and statistical data analysis (GR&R, Cpk, etc.)
• Proficiency in PCB design and strong problem‑solving skills in lab/bench environments
