What You Will Do
  • Ensure compliance with government property management standards, including proper documentation, handling, and audits
  • Maintain inventory tracking systems, including asset status, location, and calibration records
  • Coordinate hardware setup and configuration to support lab integration, test, and engineering activities
  • Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure equipment readiness
  • Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repair activities for lab equipment
  • Support lab operations by preparing equipment for test events and ensuring proper teardown and storage
  • Assist in improving lab processes, organization, and efficiency of hardware utilization
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely availability of equipment to meet program schedules
Qualifications
  • Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience managing, organizing, and maintaining Special Test Equipment (STE) and Government‑Furnished Equipment (GFE) in accordance with program and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking records (e.g., calibration logs, asset registers, equipment disposition, hardware inventory) using spreadsheets and/or enterprise systems (ERP/CMMS/asset tracking)
  • Coordinating activities across engineering, test, and operations teams to ensure equipment readiness and availability
  • Knowledge of foundational lab safety and handling practices (e.g., ESD‑safe procedures, adherence to SOPs)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Top‑Secret Clearance
  • Experience with calibration processes and standards, inventory management, and asset tracking tools
  • Prior work in aerospace, defense, or other compliance industries
