Our Advanced RF Electronics Design Department has an immediate need for a Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer supporting production and sustainment programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with a variety of RF platforms, including Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), Digital Receiver Exciter (DREX) Subassemblies, and RF measurement equipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to help address and solve complex system and sub-system issues that arise during production, testing, and fielded hardware.

This position will require advanced technical investigations, troubleshooting, technical leadership, and knowledge transfer to team members.

• Support production and sustainment programs as an RF Engineer.
• Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to address and solve complex system and sub-system issues during production, testing, and fielded hardware.
• Perform advanced technical investigations and troubleshooting; demonstrate technical leadership and transfer knowledge to team members.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued SCI/SAP clearance is required.
• Ability to support multiple site locations operations in a fast paced, dynamic, and results-based production environment.
• Experience generating and presenting preliminary and critical design reviews.
• Prior work experience giving technical briefs or presentations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
