Our Airborne RF Electronics Electrical Engineering Department has an immediate need for a Production Support Electrical Engineer I. We are looking for candidates to collaborate and coordinate with our manufacturing facility, Program Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to proactively and efficiently resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration. In this role, you will foster a culture of trust, transparency, compliance, diversity, inclusion, and accountability.
This position will reside within the Radar Power Production Design Support section that supports the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) program.
- Ensure Special Test Equipment is always operable while improving test yield
- Perform technical evaluations of hardware with the ability to categorize failures and systematically disposition failing hardware in a timely manner
- Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities
- Communicate status updates of hardware failures to program leadership
- Travel periodically to manufacturing facilities, suppliers, or customer sites to support production (up to 25%)
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major
- Experience with standard engineering lab equipment
- Experience with digital circuit card troubleshooting
- Experience with schematic drawings to assist in troubleshooting efforts
- Experience with fault isolation / troubleshooting
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance after start of employment. U.S. citizenship required.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electronics
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures representing a diversity of work and conflict resolution styles
- Knowledge of Matlab, C#, C++, Python

Salary range: 57,200 USD – 108,800 USD.
