Responsibilities
The Project Engineer II is an experienced individual contributor responsible for executing defined portions of engineering project scope including equipment specification and selection, preparation of drawings and technical documentation and coordination with internal teams, vendors and third‑party partners. The role operates with limited supervision, supports procurement, fabrication, installation and startup activities and is expected to deliver high‑quality work with minimal errors while applying established engineering standards and procedures.
Qualifications- Knowledge of equipment sizing and specification including pumps, pressure vessels, valves, etc.
- Knowledge of water treatment technologies including filtration, membrane treatment, ion exchange treatment and reclaim water treatment.
- Designing within AutoCAD and piping skid design.
- Knowledgeable on the water treatment industry or semiconductor wafer fab environment.
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, plus 3 years of directly related experience.
- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
This is a Contract‑to‑Hire position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.00/hr.
