Job SummaryJoin our team in Plano, Texas as a Network Security Engineer to provide critical technical expertise on Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies, ensuring optimal utilization and performance for our customers. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate and operationalize advanced network security solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and technological adoption. Your role will crucially support client‑specific needs in security operations, promoting a strategic partnership and influencing our product roadmap directly.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert knowledge and support on NGFW technologies for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for the development and implementation of network security and endpoint solutions.
- Act as a customer advocate to drive product adoption and influence product developments.
- Facilitate customers in maximizing their investment by implementing solutions effectively.
- Partner with account teams to deliver high‑touch technical support and strategic account management.
- Proven network security engineering experience.
- Strong familiarity with Palo Alto Networks NGFW.
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Prior experience in network security within IT or related industry is essential.
