Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering department supporting product development and process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 6+ Month Contract

** Shift:
** 8AM-5PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Partner closely with R&D to support new product development and transfer into manufacturing processes.

+ Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, scalability, and compliance.

+ Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and facilitate smooth transfer to manufacturing.

+ Perform risk documentation and design control activities to meet regulatory standards.

+ Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE), process characterization, and validation activities to improve manufacturing efficiency.

** What's Needed?*
* + 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process development.

+ Proficiency with statistical tools such as Mini Tab.

+

Experience with process validation and process characterization.

+ Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams.

+ Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced environments.
