Feature Tester / Lab Test Engineer - Plano, Texas and Bellevue, WA.
We are seeking a hands‑on Lab Test Engineer / Feature Test Engineer to support integration, feature validation, troubleshooting and testing of next‑generation wireless products in radio labs before nationwide deployment.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Perform integration, certification and implementation of LTE/5G technologies
- Validate new radio software and hardware features
- Execute feature testing, troubleshooting and customer acceptance activities
- Support NPI projects involving BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands
- Work closely with teams, project managers and customers
- Participate in automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency
- Strong experience with LTE and/or 5G technologies
- Telecom lab testing and integration experience
- Hands‑on RAN troubleshooting and validation skills
- Experience analyzing logs and resolving technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with telecom OEMs/operators such as Ericsson, AT&T or Samsung is highly preferred
- Execute feature testing, troubleshooting and customer acceptance activities
- Support NPI projects involving BBUs and radios across multiple technologies/bands
