Install, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot wireless equipment and Cisco CSR routers at customer sites according to engineering and manufacturer standards.
Provide on-site field support for wireless network deployments
, including equipment installation, testing, integration, commissioning, and issue resolution.
Support LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, EVDO
, and transport/backhaul technologies, including T1, ATM, and microwave connectivity.
Collaborate with R&D, RF Engineering, Core Networking, Transport, Program Management, and Technical Support teams to ensure successful network deployment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain installation documentation, manage RMA tracking
, perform equipment testing, and provide peer training while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Requires 2–5 years of wireless telecommunications field experience
, strong troubleshooting skills, familiarity with base station equipment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
