This Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) area, overseeing project execution from initiation through completion, including planning, client coordination, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and overall project performance.

• Lead, plan, and facilitate the implementation of projects in accordance with project scope, deliverables, and goals.
• Set expectations and hold employees accountable for assigned tasks and milestone goals.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements in the development of full-scale project plans.
• Assemble, coordinate, and provide directions to project staff.
• Manage project budget and resource allocation.
• Communicate with clients on project deliverables, schedules, and scope of work.
• Track and report on project deliverables to management.
• Provide direction and support to project teams.
• Maintain the highest level of quality assurance and safety.
• Consistently monitor and report on progress of project to all stakeholders, defining progress, problems, and solutions.
• Complete project evaluations and assessment of results at project close out.
• Significant field work and oversight in the field may be required.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technologist diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Project management or project lead experience.
• Strong experience in high voltage utility substations, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of protection and control systems is highly preferred. Candidates with broader electrical power systems experience, including substations, electrical testing, commissioning, and related utility infrastructure projects, will also be considered.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects; knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

• Ability to travel as required.
• You must hold a valid driver's license and not require high-risk insurance or have provisional driving restrictions.

This role is primarily focused on office and project management and follows a standard Monday through Friday work schedule, with employees generally returning home each evening and weekends not routinely requiring travel. Periodic field assignments and travel may be required to support project execution, commissioning activities, or operational requirements.

Candidates must currently reside in the DFW metropolitan area or be willing to relocate. Financial support will be provided.

While the primary responsibility of this position is project management, the selected candidate will also be expected to provide technical field support and participate in field activities, as required, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
