Key Responsibilities- Perform commissioning, startup, testing, and validation of PCS, ESS, and PVI systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, firmware upgrades, and system health checks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, communication, networking, and control system issues, and perform corrective repairs.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide timely onsite and remote technical support.
- Analyze system alarms, logs, and operational data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Configure and verify system settings, communication protocols, and controller parameters.
- Support system integration with SCADA, EMS, BMS, utility, and third-party monitoring platforms.
- Perform acceptance testing, functional verification, and commissioning reports in accordance with project requirements.
- Provide technical training to customers, contractors, and field personnel on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Prepare accurate service reports, commissioning documentation, maintenance records, and technical findings.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality teams by providing field feedback for continuous product improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, customer site requirements, electrical safety standards, and applicable industry regulations.
- Maintain company tools, test equipment, firmware, spare parts, and service inventory.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience commissioning, servicing, or troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment, power electronics, renewable energy systems, UPS systems, ESS, PCS, solar inverters, or related equipment.
- Strong understanding of three-phase power systems, AC/DC power conversion, electrical distribution, and power electronics.
