You will personally run complex tests, define lab standards, mentor staff, and serve as the technical authority on shaker testing and fixture design within an AS9100 framework.
You will build out processes and staffing plans as the team scales, working with the LDS V8800 or equivalent and translating DoD/NASA standards into actionable test plans for aerospace
