- Assess production test design coverage across special test equipment (STE) to assembly, test, and verification processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and/or test sets down to component level to include analog/digital/radio and microwave frequency circuitry and interfaces and software.
- Analyze test data, verify compliance with specifications, and drive resolution of production test set issues.
- Evaluate hardware performance, categorize failures, and disposition units systematically and on schedule.
- Work in a compact range environment or lab environment.
- Interpret, generate, update, release and apply engineering documentation such as test set drawings, assembly drawings, schematics, wire lists, and parts lists.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities while delivering clear status updates to program leadership.
- Maintain operability of special test equipment and support production and suppliers through periodic travel (up to 25%).
Responsibilities may span production hardware or software support, test set development, or a combination of both based on program needs.

Qualifications You Must Have- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major obtained by start date.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
- Experience with using measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.
- Strong communication skills including report writing and presentations.
- Conduct failure investigations and provide recommendations to address systemic issues and to prevent recurrence.
- Experience with Manufacturing Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams.
- Knowledge of Matlab, C#, C++, Python.
The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
