• Warm, energetic, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable greeting and assisting patients / clients in person and over the phone.
• Skilled with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok preferred).
• Creative with an eye for photos, videos, and storytelling.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to help others.

• Welcoming and checking in clients / patients.
• Answering phones, scheduling, and administrative support.
• Creating and posting engaging social media content.
• Supporting marketing efforts and contributing fresh ideas.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk environment.

• Experience in a medical, dental, or service-based office.
• Canva or other basic design skills.
• Customer service or hospitality background.
