Since 2016, we have expanded from 16 locations in TX to over 170 locations in 6 states in markets like Austin, Dallas, Raleigh, Tulsa, and NW Arkansas. Most of our senior managers started at the front desk and progressed to roles with base salaries beginning at $42k as a GM, $60k as a Regional Manager (responsible for 5–10 locations), and over $100k as a Regional Director overseeing 10+ locations. At the front desk, every team member is focused on creating a positive member experience through superior customer service and cleanliness.

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with the new account sign-up process.
• Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions and maintain professional behavior and language.
• Maintain high standards of punctuality and reliability.
• Engage with members and co-workers positively to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate a positive mental attitude and strong customer service background is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Continual standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Be prepared to encounter cleaning products during shifts.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols and masking requirements as applicable.
• Take part in safety and sanitation efforts and promote a safe environment for members and staff.
• Be flexible with shifts and support paid time off and other benefits when applicable.

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required.
