W2 Candidates with validity of 12 months
- Event Management experience (Netcool, Moogsoft, Big Panda, etc.)
- Experience building dashboards or operational views in monitoring/event platforms
- Understanding of event life cycles, correlation, and enrichment
- Ability to translate operational requirements into visual outputs
- Watson AIOps
- Service Now
- Basic scripting
- Observability concepts (metrics, logs, trac)
