Athletic Concessions Assistant Position Overview

The Concessions Program with North Texas Athletics is looking for hard‑working individuals to serve as Concessions Team Members: a critical piece of our operation. Student employees will assist in general Concessions Operations, including preparing and operating inside a Concession Stand during events, working as a cashier, displaying excellent customer service, providing in‑seat service to guests, and performing general stocking, cleaning and other prep in advance of various events.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to required food safety standards.
• Operate a cash register or point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
• Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Work efficiently during high‑volume periods.

Lifting and moving objects up to 100 pounds or more. Communicating with others to exchange information.
