Boardroom Salon for Men is the leader in the upscale men’s grooming segment, providing an elegant, teamwork-focused, empowering work environment, hiring the best team members in the industry and are looking for friendly, professional, reliable, energetic Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients with a smile and positive, engaging attitude
- Utilize salon’s technology in managing appointments and salon calendar to accurately:
- Check in and check out clients
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Perform system opening and closing procedures
- Answer phone calls and emails to schedule appointments
- Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain front desk, waiting area, and retail for tidiness and organization.
- Assist / support service staff as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software
- Detail oriented with an ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Emit a positive, uplifting attitude and polished appearance
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- A desire to always improve yourself and the salon
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
