Bowl Attendant

Job Description

At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for Guests by providing a warm welcome, serving as their information source for all activities and specials, and ensuring a memorable experience. They use multiple systems to perform their job, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and create an engaging atmosphere for all patrons.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests as a friendly ambassador.
• Promote and recommend activities based on guests’ needs and availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes, maintaining shoe organization.
• Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and greet guests upon return.
• Maintain a clean and organized Bowl Desk and lanes; complete side duties as needed.

• Prior food, beverage, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple business‑supporting systems.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

7.25 – 15.00 per hour, depending on shift, location, and experience.
