Weekend Party Host

Type: Part‑time, at‑will (W‑2)

Hours: ~18–22 hrs/week; weekend‑weighted (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Pay: $11.00 to $13.00/hour (plus any guest tips)

Reports to: Store Lead / Owners

• Set up the party room before guests arrive - tables, decor, place settings and supplies.
• Greet the birthday family and be their go-to host for the whole event.
• Keep the party on schedule: play time, food time, cake and goodbye.
• Serve packaged food, drinks and cake; manage the party room and keep it tidy.
• Coordinate with floor staff so party guests flow safely through the play area.
• Reset and deep‑clean the room between bookings.
• Help with field trips and full‑store group bookings as needed.

• Outgoing, upbeat, and great at making kids and parents feel special.
• Organized and calm while juggling timing, food and a room full of excited kids.
• 16 or older (16–17 welcome, subject to Texas teen‑work‑hour rules).
• Reliable weekend availability (Fri–Sun).
• Comfortable with a tablet/POS for add‑on sales.

Able to stand and move for full shifts, carry trays and supplies, and lift up to 25 lbs.
