, a growing aesthetics and wellness practice in Plano, is looking for an outgoing and highly organized Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Assistant to join our team.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position. We’re looking for someone who can create an exceptional experience from the moment a client contacts us through their visit and follow-up.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and creating a warm, elevated experience
• Answering calls, texts, and client inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Educating clients on services, memberships, packages, and current promotions
• Following up with leads and existing clients
• Supporting checkout, rebooking, and retail/product sales
• Helping maintain an organized and beautiful spa environment
• Assisting with events, promotions, and occasional social media content
• Supporting the team with daily spa operations

We’re looking for someone who is personable, dependable, confident, detail-oriented, comfortable with sales, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-facing sales environment is a plus, but personality, professionalism, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
