Finance & Accounting Associate

Base pay range

$48,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

A global marketing and communications company with a strong presence in the U.S. is seeking a Junior / Entry‑Level Finance & Accounting professional to join its local team in Plano, Texas.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in finance, accounting, and business operations while working in a fast‑paced, international business environment.

• Assist with daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and payroll support
• Support month‑end close
  , budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial reporting
• Help prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and variance analysis
• Assist with financial statement preparation and support audits and tax filings
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and global HQ as needed
• Support vendor invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and cost control activities

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding documentation and coordination
• Maintain employee records and support basic HR administrative tasks
• Help coordinate benefits and payroll administration with external providers
• Support general office operations, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and team events
• Assist with travel arrangements and corporate card administration as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
  , or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (internships or entry‑level experience welcome)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization; Pivot Tables a plus)
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional corporate environment
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Exposure to accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite)
• Internship experience in finance, accounting, HR, or operations
• Interest in long‑term career growth in Finance / Accounting / Operations
• Bilingual in English/Korean is a plus but not required
