Senior Tax Associate (Public Accounting) – Frisco, TX (Onsite)

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Tax Associate to join a fast-paced and growing tax team in Frisco, Texas. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated tax professional who can step in quickly, take ownership of client work, and help guide junior staff.

This role is primarily onsite to support collaboration and client delivery, with limited remote flexibility (1–2 days per week after an initial onboarding period).

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
• Supervise and mentor two junior team members, reviewing work and providing guidance
• Work closely with senior managers and partners on planning, research, and client deliverables
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and resolve tax matters
• Perform tax research and document positions clearly and concisely

• Contribute immediately to ongoing engagements during a period of high demand

• 2–3 years of public accounting experience focused on tax
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Strong technical tax knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and leadership
• Experience with CCH Axcess and Caseware preferred
• CPA eligible (CPA or active progress toward licensure strongly preferred)
