(Confidential Search) We are currently headhunting for a high-impact Accounts Receivable professional to join a growing team in the Plano/Frisco area. This isn’t just a "process the paperwork" kind of job—this is a fast-paced, strategic role designed for someone who wants to step into an AR Manager position by the end of the year.

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 (DOE)

  Plano / Frisco, TX (In-office)
• Schedule:
  
  Early birds welcome! 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM start (to drive daily cash flow before noon).
• Path:
  Direct mentorship to transition into an AR Manager role by year-end.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of full-cycle AR (Construction & PE backgrounds are a huge plus).
• Tech Stack:
  Proficiency in Net Suite (Required), Quick Books Online/Desktop, Salesforce, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs).
• Lien Savvy:
  Multi-state lien experience (covering 14 states) is highly preferred.
• Project Mindset:
  Comfortable handling 50+ new project entries daily and managing complex invoicing (lump sum vs. progressive billing).

• Front-End Focus:
  High-volume project entry and specific invoicing via various customer portals.
• Global Reach:
  Managing accounts for international customers across different time zones.
• Cash Flow Driver:
  Daily payment posting and reconciliations to ensure liquidity.
• Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with Project Managers and Account Managers to resolve billing discrepancies and move collections forward.
• Month‑End Support:
  Handling snapshots, timesheets, and personal property depreciation.

This role offers a unique blend of stability and growth. You’ll be managing the intricacies of project-based accounting while being groomed for leadership within a Private Equity‑backed environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Shift: First.

Work hours:

8 AM - 5 PM.
