Treasury System Analyst

Overview

Role focused on treasury systems administration and financial operations support within the organization.

• Own the daily administration and monitoring of Wall Street Suite (WSS), including research and updates to the cash, transactions, and accounting modules as required by business needs. Support month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with treasury and cash management teams across TFS and affiliates in Canada and Mexico to address business needs.
• Maintain custom reports for stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Manage documentation and approvals to uphold internal controls and compliance standards.
• Assist with audit preparation by gathering necessary system support and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve application defects related to transaction processing, cash settlements, and accounting within WSS.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and perform data analysis using SQL and treasury system tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to test system upgrades, patches, and process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing WSS processes and procedures.

• Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field that provides a strong foundation in financial systems.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in treasury systems, accounting systems, or financial operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Quick learner who adapts easily to new software and applications.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and treasury functions.
• Experience with Wall Street Suite (WSS) and/or SAP is a plus.
• Advanced degree or certifications in finance, accounting, or related disciplines (optional as stated).
• Extra years of experience in treasury or accounting system projects (optional).
• Specialized skills in treasury management systems or financial data analytics (optional).
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements (optional).
• Fluently bilingual in Spanish (optional).

Salary Range: $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
