Lead Escrow Officer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Escrow Officer to manage escrow operations and ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within our growing retail division.

The Lead Escrow Officer will oversee escrow file management from open to close while serving as the operational anchor for the retail division.

This role requires a licensed Texas Escrow Officer with hands‑on experience and strong proficiency in Soft Pro.

This position is in-office in Plano, TX.

• Manage residential and/or investor escrow files from open to close
• Ensure compliance with Texas title regulations and internal procedures
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and client communication standards
• Utilize Soft Pro as the primary escrow and CRM system (required)
• Troubleshoot file issues and coordinate with lenders, agents, and clients

• Serve as the operational leader for the retail division
• Help design workflows and internal best practices
• Support junior escrow staff as the division grows
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance standards

• Active Texas Escrow Officer License
• 3+ years of residential and/or investor escrow experience
• Hands‑on experience using Soft Pro (required)
