Schedule: Monday–Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote (Normal Business Hours)
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and operational reporting for the Mobile Experience division. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, proficiency with financial systems, and the ability to work cross‑functionally to ensure financial accuracy and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage departmental budgets and oversee financial performance.
- Lead monthly and yearly forecasting and closing activities.
- Analyze financial trends, expenditures, and variances to drive forecasting accuracy.
- Review ROI and cost comparisons for ongoing projects.
- Prepare ad‑hoc financial and performance reports for leadership.
- Review and update workflows based on new company policies.
- Manage and update investment modules for division investments.
- Support sample inventory processes, including tracking, documentation, recycling, and disposal.
- Partner with marketing, retail, sales, and product teams to retrieve end‑of‑life samples.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation for audits.
- Prepare spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support financial reporting.
- Interpret financial and economic data to support investment and business decisions.
- Ensure accurate reporting per company, state, and federal financial requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 0–2 years of financial or accounting experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within established procedures.
- Experience in business planning, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
- Ability to interpret financial trends and forecast future outcomes.
