Overview
Join our Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) Exam Management team and play a key role in leading and supporting internal and external exam activities for the CTPO organization. As a Vice President, you will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders and gain broad firmwide exposure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of high-quality written responses to CTPO exam-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and alignment with firm objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, providing expert guidance and thought leadership.
- Present complex information clearly and effectively to executives, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct program overview sessions and prepare stakeholders for executive, regulatory and client meetings.
- Strengthen the exam management framework to ensure consistent practices and reduce risk exposure.
- Drive and manage related projects and initiatives, delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Prepare internal reporting, metrics, and ongoing analyses of global regulatory activities, providing actionable insights to CTPO management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing regulatory and audit activities in financial services or a related field.
- Experience operating at the Vice President level, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to senior audiences and regulatory bodies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct independent research and deliver clear conclusions.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working across Lines of Business, countries, and regions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk management processes, and related controls.
