As a Financial Operations specialist focusing on bookkeeping and close activities, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with various departments to optimize our financial processes. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional development and growth.

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate financial records
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial operations
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations or bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
