The FP&A Analyst is a highly analytical and detail‑oriented role supporting our finance team in Plano, TX, with a focus on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. This role is critical to providing insights that support ongoing strategic decision‑making across the organization.

What you will do- Assist in the preparation of annual operating plan, forecasting, and variance analysis reporting.
- Partner with Business Unit leaders to provide analysis related to sales, gross profit, and operating expenses.
- Analyze period variances of actual results vs. budget and prior year, reporting findings to department managers and functional leaders.
- Ability to learn and leverage One Stream software to support reporting, forecasting, and planning.
- Perform monthly close procedures to ensure accurate month‑end accounting numbers.
- Support with sales analysis reporting as needed.
- Assist with audit requests.
- Ad‑hoc analysis as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a major emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
- 2+ years in an analytical role.
- 2+ years analyzing complex data in MS Excel.
- 2+ years financial/mathematical modeling.
- Highly proficient working with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- One Stream software experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
