We are currently seeking a full-time Consumer & Commercial Loan Assistant to join our dynamic Business Sales & Services team.

• $23.40 to $24.70 per annum

• High school degree or equivalent

• Minimum two (2) years of consumer, business, or commercial lending documentation experience required.
• Preparing loan folders for the original copy of note, deed of trust, and title policy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

• Required Availability:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm. No Saturdays.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrative experience to meet and exceed goals.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
