Role:
Senior Analyst/ Associate/ Manager, Trade Receivable Securitization
Location:
Fully Remote ( with Travel )
Travel to borrower locations within the U.S. roughly 10-25% of the year ( Travel expenses will be paid by client

Job Summary:
Senior Analyst/ Associate/ Manager, Trade Receivable Securitization, execution of accounts receivable securitization examinations, and secondarily in the execution of asset-based loan examinations.
Perform analytical analysis and auditing tasks as well as documenting and evaluating reporting functionalities. Ability to independently analyze and assess performance metrics of underlying accounts receivable pools consistent with applicable receivables purchase agreements in place.
Should Have:
Experience demonstrating critical thinking, analytical capabilities, audit experience and desire to learn and grow in their career. Although a CPA license is not required, candidates should possess a strong background in both finance and accounting concepts, with an ability to assess and evaluate the impact of revenue accounting treatment on, and potential offsets to, subject accounts receivable collateral pools.

Perform detail testing as defined by the accounts receivable securitization examination program to analyze and validate information

Consolidate work papers/reports in a cohesive manner when assisted by junior staff.
Maintain a current professional development plan reflecting a commitment to self-development
Meet administrative reporting requirements in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, audit, or finance.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in field exams, borrowing base lending, or secured finance. Experience in financial auditing or forensic accounting is a plus.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word; knowledge of PowerPoint is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Attributes:
High integrity, strong business acumen, critical thinking abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel:
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (10-25% of the year).
