Senior Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Accountant to join a fast-paced, private equity‑backed organization. This role requires strong Net Suite experience, excellent bank reconciliation skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, acquisition‑driven environment.

• Perform full‑cycle accounting, including month‑end close and financial reporting
• Prepare and review complex bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, controls, and workflow
• Serve as a Net Suite power user, including GL maintenance and reporting
• Support private equity reporting cadence and ad‑hoc requests
• Assist with acquisition integration, including GL mapping and data migration
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with FP&A, operations, and external auditors

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Net Suite experience required
• Experience in private equity‑backed or fast‑paced environments
• Hands‑on experience with bank reconciliations and AP oversight
• Acquisition integration experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA preferred but not required
