Digital Innovations Finance & Operations Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide finance and operations support to Digital Innovations project teams through financial management, contract administration and resource coordination. This individual will collaborate closely with Technology and Business Product Owners to support Digital Operations by delivering financial insights that inform decision-making, improve reporting accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities. Success in this role means delivering accurate financial and operational reporting, improving visibility into budgets, contracts and resources and helping Digital Operations make informed decisions while identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities- Support month‑end close activities by preparing and reviewing accruals to improve the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
- Validate and maintain the accuracy of data published in Power BI dashboards to improve reporting integrity and support confident decision‑making.
- Collaborate with product teams to define, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), providing financial and operational insights to support business reviews and decision‑making.
- Coordinate contract submissions in Ariba on behalf of product teams and track status to support timely processing, compliance and operational continuity.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, remaining budget spend and upcoming renewals to support financial planning, highlight risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate team rosters and distribution lists to enable efficient communication, resource visibility and operational coordination.
- Coordinate onboarding requests for new team members to support a smooth, timely start and reduce administrative delays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in finance operations, business operations or project coordination, preferably in a technology or product-focused environment.
- Working knowledge of financial processes such as accruals, month‑end close activities, budget tracking and reporting.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze data, maintain reporting accuracy and provide actionable financial insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across product, technology, finance and business teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting and presentations.
- Experience with procurement systems, preferably Ariba, for contract submission and purchase order tracking.
- Familiarity with SAP modules related to finance and project systems.
