Echo Park Automotive is hiring a Financial Document Specialist for our store located in Plano, TX. As a Financial Document Specialist, you will play an important role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete vehicle sales at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you.

Your responsibilities will include the accurate and timely execution of the financial documentation process.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
• Work with CDK and previous finance experience
• Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
• Verify insurance, trade payoffs, and obtain deposits
• This role is customer-facing and involves funding, deal building, and similar tasks
