WhoWe’re Looking For
Toyota’s Dealer Lending Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Dealer Lending Admin Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this role is to supervise a team of representatives that are accountable for all aspects of the TFS/LFS/MFS/BPSFS audit and wholesale servicing functions as they relate to Dealer Lending products. Reporting to the Dealer Lending Admin Manager, the person in this role will support the Dealer Lending Department.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Coaching and holding team members accountable for their respective job functions while evaluating and making recommendations to management regarding best practices.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all wholesale administration activities by team members.
- Ensure that all wholesale suspense is resolved in accordance with TFS SOX requirements.
- Lead a diverse team to optimize output, which in turn minimizes risk and increases dealer satisfaction.
- Work with the Sales team and call attention to higher risk/unusual situations, and clearly articulate the situation to management.
- Work closely with dealers as a final level escalation or as support to the team professionalism and firm communications when needed will be critical for the person’s success in this role.
- Potentially act as SME for training or project meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, working with automotive dealership personnel and/or captive finance.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skill.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with internal and external partners to achieve objectives.
- Ability to continuously seek ways to improve processes that lead to better department performance and service.
- Experience in identifying, managing, and recommending solutions to potential risk associated with inventory and loans exposure.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Wholesale Operations experience.
- Prior experience with floorplan audits.
- Prior leadership experience.
